TERMS OF SERVICE

Before contacting me, please read the T.O.S.:

By paying the amount stated, you, the customer, agree to the terms and conditions below:1. The final piece(s) is/are for personal, noncommercial use only & must be payed in Euros (€)
Reproductions or alterations for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain (and anything crypto adjacent), AI training or resale are NOT permitted. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and total loss of rights to use my artwork in ANY way.2. Payment is 50% upfront via invoice and the rest 50% after the sketch is approved through PayPal.
I'll need your email to send your invoice.
Please pay the invoice as soon as possible, as I'll only work after I've received payment.3. In case you need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give you a complete refund.
I will NOT give a refund after the commission has started.¹¹HOWEVER, If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission a month after I started it I will refund in full. More complex pieces will shift the time limit and this will be talked with the client.4. I am allowed to post finished commissions on my social medias with a watermark over it, but if for some reason your commission(s) are time sensitive do tell me.5. I am allowed to deny any commission if it makes me uncomfortable.6. You are allowed to upgrade any commission (for example: From Flat Colours to Full Render) by paying an extra.Extra Info:
1. If the artwork has a deadline, please tell me that immediately before ordering the commission. An extra fee for pushing the art up my queue will be charged. This fee will be discussed with the client.2. Once I begin your commission, I'll send you a WIP. Changes will be only available in the sketch phase to a maximum of 2. After that, any major or minor change (if still possible) will be charged an extra fee.3. For commercial purposes contact me via email only.4. Please contact me only for important questions and information. I won't respond to chit-chat, unless I say otherwise.

If you order a commission, for example, of characters from Trigun, I will give you a discount because it's for a franchise I enjoy drawing.
The discount is higher if the commission price is also higher, generally ranging from 5% to 15% off.
If you want a commission with Sonic characters, either canon or fanon the discounts are even higher, ranging from 10% to 20% off, due to Sonic characters being easier to draw.
And yes, the discounts apply even if it's a "sonicfication" of an already existing character from a different franchise. The discounts however, do not stack.If you are still unsure about the discounts and how they work, feel free to DM me and we'll sort things out.
